S3 Solutions provides our clients managed Program and Project solutions dependent upon their custom SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Program clients receive a virtual office when working with S3.

Solutions may include:

  • Dedicated phone
  • Fax
  • Mailing (Postal suite + digital mailing station)
  • Copy center
  • Graphic Arts department
  • Certificate of additionally insured General Liability insurance
  • Accounting / Invoicing
  • Meetings (video conferencing and remote in-person locations)*
  • More

Virtual Office Rate – The current monthly rate for your basic managed program S3 office annex is only $18/month. (Additional services will involve additional fees).

Existing S3 clients will be notified of a 25% increase in their monthly Account Management & Virtual Office fees, going into effect in January 2024. We apologize but are forced to forward long-held cost increases to our clients.

Hosted Services failure to pay and system recovery – All payments are due at the time of invoice. Failure to pay may result in the following; Timeline for non-payment of S3 administered domain + site hosting:

  • +15 days, $10 or 10% administrative late fee, whichever is higher.
  • +45 days, the site domain is placed on “Under Construction” status, and clients are locked out of site editor access.
  • +60 days, all domain-anchored emails are suspended.
  • $35 or 15% administrative restoration fee, whichever is higher.
  • +90 days, S3 administered domain + site hosting are permanently deleted.

* S3 Account Management service for video conferencing is limited to unlicensed “Basic” Zoom meeting service. Fully licensed Zoom “Pro”, “Business” or “Enterprise” Zoom service incurs additional client fees.
