Based upon your specific needs and customized SLA (Service Level Agreement), your S3 SLA Support can be subscribed to at any of three pricing tiers.
Annual – With your 12-month annual subscription to S3 technical support you are always covered! Designed for worry-free managed support of your platform and designated enterprise needs. Services preformed outside of the service-level agreement (SLA) Scope-of-Work will be charged $65/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Monthly – Your monthly annual subscription to S3 technical support is perfect for seasonal campaigns or projects. Services outside of the service-level agreement (SLA) Scope-of-Work will be charged $85/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Hourly – Thanks to S3’s hourly technical support we’ll have your existing system’s design needs for occasional maintenance or simple enhancements taken care of quickly. Services will be charged $100/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
